Cancellation Policy
Besides cancellations, there are other cases in which cancellation fees apply when making changes. For example, when changing the number of passengers. The changes and cancellations available depend on the plan selected. For more details, please refer to Changing or Cancelling your Booking.
Cases in Which the Cancellation Fee Applies
- When a booking is cancelled.
- When the number of passengers in a booking is reduced, such as a change from two passengers to one.
- When an option is changed or cancelled.
- When the type of passenger (student, adult) is changed.
- When the sex of a passenger is changed.
- When the boarding or arrival location is changed to a location where a different fare applies.
Please note that the cancellation fee applies to each passenger's change or cancellation.
Cases in Which the Cancellation Fee Does Not Apply
The cancellation policy varies according to each plan. Please see below for more details.

The following changes can be made to packages notated as Changes of reservation are available:
- Departure date: one day before or after the original date booking date, as long as it is done before the deadline.
- Bus, as long as it is done before the deadline.
- Package or seat type, as long as it is done before the deadline.
- Boarding or arrival location.
- Increasing the number of passengers.
- Passenger names.

The following changes can be made to packages notated as Changes of reservarion are restricted:
- Boarding or arrival location to a location with the same fare.
- Increasing the number of passengers.
- Passenger names.
