Cancellation Request Form (Please send one request form per booking)

Please click "Send" button, after enter necessary information of your booking that you would like to cancel.
*[Required] are essential input items. Please make sure if you inputted to all [Required] items.

We accept your request only if we received your request form before the departure time.
If we received your request after the departure time, we will not refund your travel fees.
Depending on your reservation status, there may be a cancellation fee.
3.
We can not accept cancellation request for the booking using Bus Pass.
Please cancel it on your MY PAGE.

[Notice]
Cancellation fee of the time when we received your request form will be charged.
The balance after deduction of cancellation fee will be refunded.

Paid by credit card:
Refund through credit card.

Paid at a convenience store:
Refund to your Japanese bank account. For refund, we do not transfer to the banking institutions outside Japan. 430 yen per booking and per cancellation is deducted as the transaction fee, when the money is refunded.
